Dubai's Real Estate Sector Thrives: 7,096 Transactions Accumulating AED 29.64 Billion in month of October, according to DLD data

Dubai logs over a total of 7,096 real estate transactions worth AED 29.64 Billion were conducted during the week ending 31st October 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

In October, the Dubai real estate market experienced a surge of over 80 percent in the value of current property transactions compared to the previous year, as per research conducted by Property Finder. The most recent data indicates that 60 percent of property purchasers were seeking apartments, while 40 percent showed interest in villas or townhouses.
