the Dubai real estate boom continued, with AED37.70Bn of transactions in month of JULY, according to DLD data.
Dubai logs over a total of 11,101 real estate transactions worth AED 37.70 Billion were conducted during the week ending 31st July 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
“DUBAI REAL ESTATE” - Earlier this year, Bloomberg reported that Dubai’s real estate market has become the world’s busiest for luxury properties over USD10 million, surpassing luxury real estate hotspots like New York and Hong Kong. According to Knight Frank as reported by Gulf Business, 176 homes worth at least USD10m changed hands in the first half of the year. (@bloomberg)
