Dubai logs over a total of 11,881 real estate transactions worth AED 33.38 Billion were conducted during the week ending 31st August 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Dubai maintains its dominance in luxury real estate, with a remarkable 48.8% price increase in the 12 months leading up to June 2023, according to Knight Frank's Q2 analysis. Meanwhile, the global average luxury property prices rose by 1.5%, with Dubai leading for the ninth consecutive quarter, while some other major markets like New York and London experienced declines.
