the Dubai real estate boom continued, with AED26.20 Bn of transactions in month of SEPTEMBER, according to DLD data
Dubai logs over a total of 8,232 real estate transactions worth AED 26.20 Billion were conducted during the week ending 30th September 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
As per the reports, the top three transactions by the middle of September were a land in Al Thanayah Fourth sold for AED 209 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 135.56 million in Al Barshaa South Third, and a land sold for AED 104.03 million in Al Barshaa South Third in third place.
