Dubai logs over a total of 12,149 real estate transactions worth AED 41.98 Billion were conducted during the week ending 30th November 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
According to a new Property Finder report, 60% of property seekers in Dubai are focusing on apartments, while villas and townhouses account for 40% of buyer interest in the real estate market.
