Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has approved the Jebel Ali Beach Development Project, which is set to become Dubai’s longest public beach. In collaboration with Nakheel and Dubai Municipality, the project will feature a 5 km sandy beach and a 1.6 km mangrove beach. This initiative aims to enhance Dubai’s coastline and provide more recreational spaces for residents and visitors.

The project includes:

  • 2 Km Swimming Beach

  • The Nest: Within the mangrove area, this site will emphasize education and conservation efforts, serving as a hub for biodiversity studies, turtle rehabilitation programs, and public awareness campaigns.
