Palm Jebel Ali: 8 Fronds Set for Completion Next Year in AED 810 Million Agreement

PALM JEBEL ALI TO HAVE 8 FRONDS READY BY NEXT YEAR AFTER AED 810 MILLION MARINE WORKS CONTRACT

The developer of Palm Jebel Ali announced that the first eight fronds of the project are expected to be site-ready by the first quarter of 2025, paving the way for the commencement of civil works and villa infrastructure. Nakheel, the project’s developer, has awarded a contract worth AED 810 million for marine works, including dredging, land reclamation, beach profiling, and sand placement to facilitate villa construction across all fronds. Jan De Nul Dredging, the contractor, is expected to complete these marine works in just over two years, with mobilization activities already in progress. This milestone marks a significant step towards transforming Palm Jebel Ali into a premier waterfront destination in Dubai.

Infrastructure and Project Expansion

Construction has begun on a new public access road connecting Palm Jebel Ali to Sheikh Zayed Road, improving connectivity and accessibility to the development. This new road will benefit both residents and visitors, easing traffic and reducing travel time to and from the island. Last year, over 700 frond villas in Phase 1 were launched and sold out within hours, reflecting the project’s immense appeal and attracting a strong response from real estate brokers and investors. With sustained interest from local and international buyers, the development is set to become one of Dubai’s premier residential communities, further solidifying the city’s status as a hub for luxury real estate.

Project Schedule and Development Scope

The ongoing infrastructure and marine developments are crucial for the timely delivery of these homes, slated for completion by late 2026. Once finished, Palm Jebel Ali will span 13.4 km, boast 16 fronds and 91 km of coastline, and be large enough to accommodate around 35,000 families, making it twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. Designed to offer a luxurious waterfront lifestyle, the development will include world-class amenities, entertainment options, and green spaces, positioning it as a prime destination in Dubai’s real estate landscape. for more details click here
