Dubai Real Estate Transactions Hit Record AED 761 Billion in 2024
In 2024, Dubai’s real estate sector achieved a record-breaking 2.78 million procedures, marking a 17% increase from the previous year. Real estate transactions alone amounted to Dh761 billion, reflecting a 36% rise in volume and a 20% growth in value. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum credited this expansion to Dubai’s strong economy, advanced infrastructure, and investor-friendly policies. He highlighted the role of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Real Estate Strategy 2033 in driving this progress. Dubai’s real estate market continues to set global benchmarks in transparency, stability, and innovation, reinforcing its appeal as a prime investment destination.
The sector recorded 217,000 investments worth Dh526 billion, representing a 38% increase in quantity and a 27% rise in value. Additionally, 110,000 new investors entered the market, leading to a 55% expansion.
