According to Deutsche Bank’s 2025 “Mapping the World’s Prices” report, central Dubai has experienced the highest surge in property prices worldwide since 2020, with a 122% increase. Apartment prices in the city center have now reached $7,602 per square meter. This sharp rise has boosted Dubai’s global ranking by 15 places, placing it at 37th. The increase is largely driven by government initiatives such as the 10-year golden visa, remote work visas, retiree permits, and efforts toward economic diversification. Although Fitch Ratings anticipates a slight market correction later in 2025 due to a wave of new project completions, experts remain optimistic due to robust population growth and a stable property market.
